På samma tema som CeCe Winans’ låt nedan tänkte jag länka ‘I’m Just Another Soldier’ med The Staple Singers. Sällan har väl politisk kamp och religiös glöd gått hand i hand såsom under den medborgarrättsrörelse som The Staple Singers på sätt och vis var del av.

Här är det militans och kärleksbudskap i en enda skön blandning. Tyvärr fanns inte låten på youtube, men jag har vaskat fram en spotify-länk. Jag hittade inte heller texten på nätet, men jag skrev av den efter bästa förmåga. Ber om ursäkt för eventuella feltolkningar.
